RWB + DPE + VAD = the ultimate collaboration Part 3

It’s taken a lot longer than we had anticipated, but as we always say at VAD perfection takes time and the RWB wheels that have been produced by DPE are just that perfect.

We decided on a 19” upgrade as although we build bespoke vehicles we are also a wheel specialist and whilst upgrading on the wheel diameter we also took the decision to go wider and although the 335/30R18 is a mighty looking foot print, it’s nowhere near as awe-inspiring as the 355/25R19 tyre that Pirelli produce, and the stance is even more menacing.

The wheel is still 13” wide but as we mentioned in previous posts we are using a Hubcentric wheel and no spacers, The RWB conversions use a mix of 25mm / 5mm / 3mm spacers and it goes against all we stand for, for us there is nothing more disappointing than seeing a wide body conversion and using spacers to get the desired stance.

The dish is 6.5” on the rear wheel with an extreme concave for the centre design, with a mesh and a split 5 spoke being our designs of choice.

The wheels will be available for any RWB 964 / 993 Conversion in a multitude of colours and in sizes 18” or the upgraded 19” diameter, once again VAD with a joint collaboration of DPE wheels raise the bar when it comes to building unique cars and radical wheel builds.
